Do you have a passion for helping people and building relationships? We’re looking for a motivated Group Volunteer Benefits Sales Field Agent to connect with organizations, introduce our group benefit programs, and help members access valuable financial protection. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Agent to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outside sales by meeting with community organizations, non-profits, and employer groups in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group leaders and members.
- Educate decision-makers and members on our volunteer benefits program.
- Assist in enrollment events, presentations, and community outreach.
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to enrolled members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Prior outside sales or community outreach experience preferred (but not required).
- A passion for helping people protect what matters most.
