Join a dynamic, fast-growing family-run real estate investment and entrepreneurial team led by Leo Horacio, (Instagram: @mrecomcartel), a highly successful real estate investor, contractor, and business strategist with over a decade of experience building multi-million-dollar businesses from the ground up. You'll be directly supporting Leo, his wife (a nationally recognized health and business coach), and his sister (a key operations lead), gaining firsthand experience in high-level business operations, systems, and entrepreneurship.
Our team is small but powerful, and we're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, grow with us, and become an integral part of everything we’re building. This is not your average assistant role, you’ll be exposed to real estate, finance, health and wellness, and the backend of multiple high-performing companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Accurately manage invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation using digital systems
- Payment Processing: Monitor incoming/outgoing payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain clean records
- Administrative Support: Organize calendars, manage emails, coordinate meetings, and support day-to-day operations
- Phone Follow-Ups: Conduct professional client and partner communication via phone (English and Spanish)
- Data Entry & File Management: Maintain digital files, process documentation, and assist with CRM updates
- Project Support: Assist in coordinating tasks across real estate, construction, and coaching businesses
- General Executive Support: Handle errands, reminders, and key to-dos to help our team move faster and smarter
Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, CRM tools, and digital payment systems
- Strong Communicator: Confident and clear on the phone and in written communication
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple moving parts and stay on top of deadlines
- Hardworking & Ambitious: You’re someone who takes initiative, asks questions, and wants to grow
- Professional & Reliable: You’ll be working closely with high-level executives, we need someone who takes pride in their work and shows up
