As a Sales Manager with Kelly Hagar - State Farm Agent, you will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for developing others will help shape the success of the agency. Youll oversee daily sales operations, coach and mentor team members, and ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to exceed goals
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and retain existing clients
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to agency leadership
- Collaborate on marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure exceptional service standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve and surpass goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred
- Active license (or willingness to obtain) in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance
