Job Title: Account Manager / Subcontractor Sourcer
Location: Sunrise, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hr

About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a full-time, long-term Account Manager / Subcontractor Sourcer position with one of our valued clients in Sunrise, FL. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and enjoys balancing account management with sourcing and building vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts to ensure service needs are met on time and with quality
Source, screen, and onboard subcontractors for facility-related projects
Negotiate pricing and contracts with subcontractors
Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance
Coordinate schedules and resolve project or service issues
Maintain accurate records in company systems

Qualifications:

Experience in account management, subcontractor/vendor sourcing, or a related role preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Reliable transportation to Sunrise, FL
