We are a small business and looking for the right person to join the team. You will run the office along with the owner with daily bookkeeping/accounting duties.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Admin Manager.
Accounting experience necessary.
QuickBooks experience is also a must!
Hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm Or 9am-4pm
Duties of the Office Admin/Bookkeeper include but not limited to:
Responsibilities
1. Maintain A/P and write vendor payments
2. Daily Cash reconciliation
3. Daily Sales & Payroll in Excel
4. Settle Credit Card Batch Daily
5. Reconcile House accounts
6. Weekly Financial Reports
7. Answer and direct phone calls for restaurant reservations
8. Organize and schedule online reservations
9. Develop and maintain a filing system
10. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
11. Maintain website and social media platforms
12. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Skills
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel) & QuickBooks
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
