Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate Department. While previous experience in a real estate office is a strong plus, it is not required. This is a great opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office environment and enjoys supporting busy teams.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist office visitors in a professional manner
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send calendar invites
Prepare internal and external correspondence including memos and emails
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
Support daily office operations and help maintain an organized workflow
Assist in coordinating internal communications within the department
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday
Real estate office experience is a plus, but not required
