An Inside Medical Sales Representative is responsible for effectively engaging potential patients to promote medical products, services, or treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-Up and Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations, follow-up calls, and appointments for interested patients with relevant medical professionals.

• Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while providing regular progress reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach to service delivery.
