Position: Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent
Location: In-Person, Pompano Beach FL
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing, senior-focused Medicare agency committed to integrity, compliance, and service. You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most knowledgeable professionals while making a real impact in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify the best Medicare plans based on individual client needs
• Educate clients on available coverage options and eligibility
• Compliantly enroll clients in Medicare Advantage or Supplement plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Meet or exceed minimum performance expectations (10 enrollments per week)
• Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions
Requirements:
• Active health insurance license in at least 10 states
• Experience selling Medicare plans compliantly
• Remote agents: Must work 35–40 hours per week, meet minimum performance, and maintain licensure in required states
• In-house agents: Must work 40 hours/week, be available M–F, and be licensed in 10 or more states
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
Compensation & Growth:
• Tiered Daily Enrollment Bonuses:
• 1st deal: $30
• 2nd deal: $40
• 3rd deal: $50
• 4th deal: $60
• 5th deal: $70
• 6th deal: $80
• 7th deal: $100
• 8 or more deals: $100 per enrollment
• Hourly Pay Based on Weekly Performance:
• 4–7 enrollments: $12/hour (talk time)
• 8–9 enrollments: $18/hour (online time; must complete 40 hours)
• 10–14 enrollments: $20/hour (online time; average annual earnings: $100K)
• 15–19 enrollments: $22/hour (online time; “Proven Professional”)
• 20+ enrollments: $25/hour (online time; “Franchise Elite” – $200K+ potential)
