We are seeking a bilingual Insurance Customer Service Specialist (FLORIDA 4-40 CSR) to become a part of our organization! You will sell and service multiple lines of insurance policies and process title and tag work.
Specifically, we are looking for a bilingual candidate who holds an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License. Experience as a CSR or 2-20 licensed insurance agent is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
- Maintain relationships with clients and handle renewals
- Prepare quotes, applications, and policy documents
- Process vehicle titles and registration paperwork
Qualifications:
- Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License is required
- Spanish Speaking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
