Cleve Bar Back - Clevelander - South Beach
UMMARY: Stocks, cleans, and maintains bars and beer coolers according to established Clevelander standards
Duties:
- Sets up bars according to established Clevelander standards
- Maintains proper par levels of alcohol and other beverages throughout the shift by following the internal requisition procedure.
- Fills ice bins throughout the shift and restocks all glassware
- Assists bartenders in keeping interior and exterior bar areas clean and safe
- Assists Bartenders with drink preparation in periods of high volume in accordance with Responsible Vendors procedures
- Completes assigned side work duties (opening, closing, ongoing)
- Assists in the preparation of opening the property and closing down the bar and liquor areas
- Ensures all garnish stations are full with a cut to order fresh fruit
- Empties trash cans and bus pans throughout shift
- Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies, procedures, and Health Department regulations
Qualification:
- At least 21 years of age.
- 2 years of related experience
- High School diploma preferred.
