Job DescriptionMichelle Bernstein Catering is a growing our team. We are expanding to a commissary kitchen
in Miami and are looking for prep cooks to join our kitchen team.
Prep Cook responsibilities include:
Ability to read and follow recipes and prep specifications to ensure quality and consistency on all
dishes
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Work in a team environment to ensure all daily prep is completed in a timely manner
Strong organization, time management and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shift
Requirements:
Ability to read and follow and recipes
Basic knife skills
Professional appearance
A minimum of 1 year experience working in kitchen
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
