Job Description Office Administrator Position (Full-Time / Monday – Friday)
Support Two Exciting Businesses: A Med Spa & a Restoration Service

We’re seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations across two businesses — a high-end Med Spa and a fast-paced Restoration Company. The ideal candidate is sharp, presentable, and has experience in office administration, customer service, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social media content creation and posting
  • Front office management and administrative support
  • Customer service and scheduling coordination
  • Following up on open projects and outstanding invoices
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations for both businesses

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience
  • MUST have knowledge with social media content
  • Experience managing and creating content for social media
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tools
  • Reliable, professional, and quick to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable handling client follow-ups and basic collections

Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Knowledge or background in esthetics or skincare
  • Fluency in a second language
