Were looking for a licensed, experienced, and results-driven Senior Insurance Sales Closer to join our team at Prestige Trucking Insurance. This role goes beyond closing deals youll be a strategic leader who drives performance, mentors producers, and helps elevate the overall sales culture within the agency.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and knows how to turn a quote into a sale while also guiding others to do the same.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example through direct outbound calling and high-volume closing
• Advise producers on sales strategies and techniques to help them grow professionally
• Monitor and coach team members to improve performance and hit agency goals
• Maintain and update client records with accuracy using internal tools
• Provide insight on market trends, underwriting criteria, and customer objections
• Help structure quotes and positioning for better closing ratios
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals consistently

Requirements:

• Active 2-20 Insurance License (Required)
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or commercial lines
• Strong leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and proactive with strong follow-through
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus but not required
