InVigorate IV is looking for an organized, upbeat, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to learn and passionate about client care. This position is 25-35 hours a week on site (not remote). Must live in St. Pete (not surrounding areas)
Schedule:
• Typically 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (5 days variable days a week)-in office or on site at an event
• Variable days (we are open 7 days a week)
• Rotating weekends (2 per month)
• Some holidays
• Occasional events that may fall outside standard hours (including early mornings, late evenings and weekends)
Requirements & Preferences:
• Apple tech experience required (Canva preferred)
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude & team-oriented mindset
• Experience in IV therapy or spa-like settings preferred
• Event experience preferred
