Job Description

Ever After Homes

Director of Growth & Strategic Planning

Location: Miami, FL

Build the Growth Engine Behind a Vertically Integrated Real Estate Platform

Ever After Homes is entering a defining stage of expansion. With a strong foundation in custom homes and a growing development pipeline, we are intentionally building a vertically integrated design-build-develop platform that spans custom homes, residential and commercial development, design services, ICF construction, and prefabrication facilities.

Over the next four years, Ever After Homes has $40-$60M CAD in active and planned development, including:

  • 76 estate homes are being built for sale
  • 51 townhomes are being developed as long-term rental assets

We are seeking a Director of Growth & Strategic Planning to help architect and execute this next chapter. This role will work directly with the founders to drive growth strategy, capital alignment, vertical integration, and long-term planning across the entire business. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone excited to grow alongside the company, take on new ventures, and help build something enduring.

As Director of Growth & Strategic Planning, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth initiatives across Ever After Homes' verticals, including custom homes, residential & commercial development, design, ICF construction, and prefabrication services. You will help align revenue strategy, capital deployment, partnerships, and internal capabilities to support sustainable scale. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic leadership position that blends growth planning, relationship development, and execution, with direct influence on company direction and structure.

Core Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Vertical Integration

  • Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with Ever After Homes' vertically integrated model
  • Identify opportunities to scale and integrate custom homes, development, design, ICF, and prefab divisions
  • Align growth initiatives with operational capacity, labor, and capital deployment
  • Support the launch and scaling of new business units and service lines

Development & Revenue Planning

  • Build predictable revenue pipelines across for-sale estate homes and rental development projects
  • Support planning and execution of $40-$60M in residential development over a four-year period
  • Collaborate with leadership to balance speculative builds, custom projects, and long-term rental assets
  • Track performance, margins, and capital efficiency across verticals

Capital Strategy & Investor Alignment

  • Support capital-raising initiatives alongside founders
  • Manage investor and lender relationship pipelines
  • Assist with structuring equity and debt strategies for development projects
  • Prepare materials, projections, and reporting for capital partners

Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish and manage relationships with landowners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers
  • Build partnerships that support vertical integration and cost control
  • Develop long-term alliances that generate repeat projects and shared upside

Systems, Planning & Execution

  • Support CRM and pipeline strategy in tools such as GoHighLevel and JobTread
  • Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and forecasting tools
  • Ensure clean handoff between growth, design, construction, and development teams
  • Support hiring and organizational planning as new divisions scale

Brand-Aligned Growth Leadership

  • Ensure growth initiatives align with Ever After Homes' brand, values, and long-term vision
  • Maintain a high-integrity, relationship-first approach to expansion
  • Represent the company in strategic discussions, partnerships, and industry settings

Key Metrics of Success

  • Revenue and margin growth across all verticals
  • Successful launch and scaling of integrated divisions
  • Capital raised and projects delivered on plan
  • Development pipeline size and execution velocity
  • Return on investment by project and division

Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of experience in growth, strategy, business development, or leadership roles
  • Proven experience scaling businesses in real estate, construction, development, or adjacent industries
  • Strong understanding of development economics, capital structures, and long-term asset strategies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience with vertically integrated businesses is a strong asset

Why Ever After Homes?

  • Direct access to founders and strategic decision-making
  • Active development pipeline with meaningful scale and momentum
  • Opportunity to help build a vertically integrated platform from the ground up
  • High-trust culture with autonomy and ownership
  • Long-term leadership growth, with potential to advance into a VP role
  • A company focused on quality, integrity, and building lasting value

Compensation & Growth Structure

  • Full time position
  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Commission and performance-based incentives tied to revenue, capital raised, development milestones, and growth initiatives
  • Long-term growth opportunity aligned with company expansion
  • Role designed to scale in responsibility, scope, and leadership as the company grows
