We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This Contract position involves supporting Account Managers and Sales Executives to ensure the efficient execution of the sales process and management of major opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative tasks. Hours 8am - 5pm.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Account Managers’ calendars to ensure maximum efficiency in scheduling and prioritizing sales opportunities.

• Maintain a clear understanding of the status of all open sales opportunities and keep the sales pipeline updated with accurate information.

• Enter meeting updates and relevant details into the CRM system promptly after discussions and interactions.

• Create project numbers and maintain organized folders with all necessary estimating and project information.

• Ensure all required forms and documents are obtained to create complete files for operations handoff.

• Prepare and complete permit applications, securing appropriate signatures and approvals.

• Order and organize plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure seamless collaboration between sales and operations teams.

• Proficiency in English, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being an advantage.

• Strong mathematical skills, including basic calculations and measurements.

• Experience with computer tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and CRM platforms.

• Background in roofing sales, installation, estimating, project management, or property management is preferred.
