About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented Mobile Office Associate to support multiple high-profile corporate clients throughout the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, meeting new people, and working in professional office environments. The associate will rotate between client sites as needed, providing support across print, mailroom, hospitality, and office services.
Your primary location will will focus on print and mailroom operations. When not at your home base, you may be assigned to other client sites in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mailroom and print operations, including sorting, distribution, and basic print production
- Serve as a floor host assisting with reception coverage and catering setup/breakdown
- Deliver high-touch customer service in fast-paced, professional office environments
- Assist with hospitality and meeting support as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through professionalism, enthusiasm, and reliability
- Travel between client sites as business needs require
- Be open to training and learning new systems and processes
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Print and/or mailroom experience preferred, but training will be provided
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a strong service mindset
- Comfortable working with multiple clients and adapting to different environments
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

- Parking is reimbursed when working outside of the home office
