What Youll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and adoption.
  • Partner with providers and their staff to assess current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement software solutions to streamline clinical communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor account health, track product utilization, and proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately product utilization.


What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of successful customer success, account management, or sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • The determination and work ethic necessary to produce top level results.
  • The character required to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
  • Strong communication skills. You know how to listen, problem-solve, and explain technology in simple terms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • A growth mindset. Youre eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
  • Passion for healthcare, technology, and a heart for serving others.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
