Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat pets with skill and compassion

Perform surgical procedures and prescribe treatment plans

Educate clients on preventative care and best practices

Maintain detailed, accurate medical records

Uphold veterinary ethics, laws, and hospital standards
Requirements

DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
-
Eligible for Florida veterinary licensure

DEA eligibility

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently (and more with assistance)
