About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team at Supreme Mechanical Services in FL02. As the HVAC Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling and dispatching of our HVAC technicians to various job sites. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive timely and high-quality service, while also maximizing the productivity of our technicians. You will be a key player in our team, working closely with our technicians, sales team, and clients to ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience with scheduling and dispatch software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to various job sites
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician schedules
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
As the HVAC Service Coordinator, you will use your strong organizational and communication skills to ensure that our clients receive timely and high-quality service. You will also use your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to ensure that our technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential for maintaining accurate records of service requests and technician schedules. Additionally, experience in the HVAC industry and with scheduling and dispatch software will be beneficial for this role. Strong customer service skills will also be important for communicating with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
