Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (English, Spanish) Export specialist to oversee and coordinate international shipments, with a strong focus on Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of export documentation, international shipping processes, and compliance requirements, and can manage shipments from order to delivery efficiently and accurately. Must be sales oriented, candidates will be responsible for visiting some local customers and visiting our international customer a couple times a year. We are the leading dry cleaning & Laundry distributor in Florida and international countries. We have been in business since 1935
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of export operations for assigned regions (Central & South America, Bahamas) along with sales, local and international.
- Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, including:

- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Bills of Lading (B/L)
- Certificates of Origin
- Export declarations and other required documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and destination-country import requirements
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or customs issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records and reporting
- Stay current on international trade regulations and regional logistics practices
- Maintain good relationships with all customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in export or international logistics
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures
- Hands-on experience shipping to Central America, South America, and/or the Caribbean
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international freight methods (air, ocean)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a must.
- Sales oriented.
