Pay Rate: $50K to $55K
We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate at our Wholesale plumbing parts store located in the Fort Myers area to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling Plumbing parts products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:•Welcome and identify customer needs
•Explain products and services to customers
•Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
•Enter and process customer orders
•Investigate and resolve customer complaints
•Counter sales, assisting with and processing sales,
•Becoming knowledgeable in plumbing parts to best serve the customer
•Stocking shelves
•Shipping/receiving material
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields in the Wholesale plumbing industry
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to build rapport with customers
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong negotiation skills
•Must have experience with Plumbing parts
•Plumbing industry
