REFERRAL SPECIALIST
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Hybrid: In office 3 days/week
Location: Fontainebleau area of Miami (near Doral)
Pay: $16.50/hour
A reputable nonprofit organization is seeking a bilingual, service-driven professional to support community members by connecting them with essential resources and benefit programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assess community members’ needs
- Provide accurate information and referrals to appropriate programs and services
- Document interactions and maintain organized records
- Deliver professional, compassionate support in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual English/Spanish – required
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
- Experience in a high volume call environment
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
