Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Sparks Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of a well-established and mission-driven organization in the e-commerce and pet wellness space. This hybrid position (on-site in Delray Beach several days per week) offers a dynamic opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns

Support the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding

Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and vendor liaison

Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity

Advise managers on employee relations issues and support performance management efforts

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
-
Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement programs and training development

Assist with audits, reporting, and other HR administrative duties as needed
Qualifications/Background Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2+ years of generalist experience within Human Resources

Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms
