Our client is seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team, specializing in servicing clients in the construction industry-including new building developments, residential subdivisions, and temporary construction sites. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about sustainable solutions in construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Prospecting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Field Engagement
  • Regularly visit construction sites and client offices to understand needs and present solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and procurement teams.
  • Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored environmental services.
  • Sales & Reporting
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in environmental services or construction-related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field-based sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
