This role is pivotal in shaping our voice, expanding our presence, and driving strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our varied audience. From digital and social media to print and experiential activations, the VP will oversee all facets of our marketing ecosystem - ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and fuels engagement. Responsibilities:
- Lead national brand development and activation, ensuring consistency, creativity, and emotional resonance across all channels.
- Create scalable campaigns and tools that empower the audienceand encourage peer connection.
- Partner with executive leadership to define annual marketing strategies aligned with growth and market trends.
- Oversee marketing budgets across media, creative, events, and partnerships.
- Ability to drive performance and oversee content creation on social media platformssuch as Instagram and TikTok.
- Lead media planning and execution in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Build strategic relationships within the mental health space and media to amplify brand presence.
- Work closely with product, creative, and tech teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally within healthcare, wellness, tech, or mission-driven consumer brands
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, performance analytics, and customer lifecycle management, with a focus on engagement and retention
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and vendor ecosystems
- Empathy-driven mindset, with a passion for supporting first responders and enhancing the clients experience in a service-based environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with national healthcare landscapes, is a plus
