Kriskadecor, an international leader in custom decorative solutions for high-end interiors and architecture, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist / Sales Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture, interior design, construction, or premium design product sales, who enjoys collaborating with creative professionals and contributing to a strong client experience from first contact to project completion.
What you'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for inbound project inquiries from architects, interior designers, and contractors.

Gather project information, guide the client through early steps, and ensure smooth handoff to technical and sales teams.

Provide accurate and timely responses via phone and email.

Maintain organized tracking of client interactions and leads in Salesforce.

Partner with the sales and estimating teams to ensure all client needs are met effectively.

Deliver exceptional service to help nurture long-term client relationships
What we're looking for:

Experience in a client-facing role (e.g., sales support, project coordination, customer success).

Industry knowledge in architecture, interior design, or construction is highly valued.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Spanish language skills are a plus!
