Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) on behalf of a confidential client based in Miami, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive salary up to $125,000 annually, with a schedule requiring four days onsite and 1 day WFH.

Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime required)
Work Arrangement: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Salary: Up to $125,000/year
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English and Spanish required)

Position Overview

The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role demands a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and business operations to drive performance, compliance, and employee engagement across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage performance management, compensation planning, benefits administration, and employee relations.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and retention efforts.

  • Lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives.

  • Conduct stay and exit interviews and report findings.

  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

  • Represent HR in companywide initiatives and training sessions.

  • Provide leadership and support to assigned HR staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 2 years in an HRBP role.

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage change.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
