We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Associate to join our team in Miami. This role is critical in supporting our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting professional communications, managing internal updates, supporting leadership messaging, and ensuring consistency across all written materials. You will work closely with various departments to help align communication goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, editing, and distributing internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and executive messaging.

  • Draft, proofread, and format memos, reports, and strategic communication materials.

  • Support leadership with presentations, talking points, and key message development.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across all written content and internal channels.

  • Coordinate communication logistics for internal meetings, town halls, and corporate events.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and translate them into clear communications.

  • Monitor communication performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain communication calendars and timelines for internal initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or business writing role.

  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Professional tone and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools.
