Job requirements:

· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and beverage

· Work in partnership with the Management team to develop in areas of inventory, ordering, labor cost and other P&L line items

· Scratch kitchen with 100+ year old family recipes

· High Volume restaurants doing $8MM – $22MM annually in sales

· Extensive six-week training program
