House of Hope, a non-profit organization, is seeking anAdministrative Assistant to join our team! This position entails supporting the HR Department and Management team with a variety of tasks related to the organization.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
· High School Diploma/GED required.· Administrative Assistant experience preferred. · Strong organizational and people skills.· Strong attention to details.· Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Familiarity with office equipment· Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager with department needs and tasks such as recruiting and onboarding.
- Assist with the preparation of various reports as requested by management.
- In charge of ordering office, client and facility supplies as needed.
- Assist with editing and research for implementation of plans required by governing entities.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
