An iconic, luxury boutique hotel is seeking an experienced and polished Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and elevate service across its restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and event outlets.

???? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily food & beverage operations across multiple outlets.
- Mentor and manage a diverse team, including front-of-house supervisors and staff.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and GM to maintain brand standards, quality control, and service excellence.
- Drive revenue through service innovation, seasonal offerings, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.

Requirements
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Director in a luxury/lifestyle hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to operations.
- Excellent guest relations and team-building skills.
- Local market knowledge preferred (Palm Beach, Delray, Deerfield, Miami areas).
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
