We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to lead strategic partnerships and business development at RED RHINO. In this role, you’ll identify and secure new growth opportunities, build lasting connections with industry leaders and corporate partners, and develop strategies that fuel expansion into new markets. You’ll also help mentor our business development team, helping strengthen sales capabilities while championing RED RHINO’s culture and reputation across every interaction.
About the Role:
- Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value partnerships and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals, corporate stakeholders, and referral sources.
- Develop compelling proposals, deliver persuasive pitches, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Align sales and partnership strategies with branch priorities to support scalable growth and market expansion.
- Stay ahead of trends through market research, competitive insights, and pipeline tracking.
- Mentor and coach business development teams, strengthening sales techniques and partnership strategies.
- Champion RED RHINO’s culture and brand in all external interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years in business development or B2B sales (service industry preferred) with proven results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and close complex deals.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on initiatives.
- Leadership experience mentoring or coaching teams.
- Adaptable, resilient, and resourceful in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time throughout the state of Florida, or as business requires.
Pay and Perks:
- Salary (exempt): 40-50 hours/week expected for success
- Between $94,000 and $145,000 depending on experience
- Annual variable bonus potential for successful achieve of pre-determined metrics
- Standard Full-Time employee benefits package
