We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to work preferably 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM a day. Individual must be proficient working with Excel, Word and Outlook and able to multi-task with attention to detail. Minimum 2 years office experience required. A high attention to detail is a must as well as solid organizational, written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling/coordinating physical property inspections across the country for our inspectors.
- Tracking and entering date and follow up with management companies and clients via email.
- Downloading and tracking tenant from various clients
- Answer questions from incoming phone calls.
- Other office details, filing etc.
