Navigating the world of health insurance can be confusing and intimidating for many people, which is why GetMeHealthcare is on a mission to make obtaining and maintaining coverage easier. Our Deerfield Beach, FL office is hiring a full-time Medicare Enrollment Retention Specialist to speak with members about their plans and support re-enrollment activities.
You'll earn a base wage of $18.00 - $20.00/hour with the ability to earn additional compensation based on successful retentions! We also offer terrific benefits and perks, including:

You don't need your insurance license for this position! We're looking for someone with:

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE
Our Medicare Enrollment Retention Specialist works between the following times:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Your goal will be to keep current Medicare members enrolled in the program, informing them about the benefits of their current plan and encouraging them to re-enroll for the upcoming year. Always polite and professional, you'll make outbound phone calls to members flagged as "future inactive" and speak with them about their plans. You'll answer questions, address concerns, educate members about Medicare services, and do what you can to encourage them to stick with their plan. Documenting your interactions in our CRM system, you'll track your success and make adjustments as needed to meet daily and weekly targets.
