Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: 100% On-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $19.71-$20.19/hour

Job Description:

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations through accurate account management, transaction processing, and staff support. This role requires strong organizational skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members to ensure seamless platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Guide staff on the process of opening new accounts and submitting them through the platform.
  • Transaction Execution: Facilitate the execution of transactions, including buying and selling deposits, as well as processing withdrawals.
  • Systematic Transactions: Instruct staff on setting up and managing systematic deposits and withdrawals within the platform.
  • Staff Support: Address and resolve questions from GWN staff efficiently and professionally.
  • Funds Management: Manage transactions involving both Qualified and Non-Qualified Money to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Outlook.

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities and develop a high level of proficiency with the organization's platform.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the willingness to support and assist other staff members as needed.

Pay Details: $19.71 to $20.19 per hour
