We are seeking an entry level Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. We will provide training in multiple areas of the restaurant. You should be someone with restaurant experience in various areas, some management experience, and ready to learn and LEAD!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and/or manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Salary position for 50 hour work weeks (schedules hours 45-48)
- Willing to move throughout different Areas of Responsibility in the restaurant in order to learn all facets to include both FOH and BOH. Admin work will depend on AOR.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership qualities but willing to work on a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Detail oriented
- Punctual and dependable
- Open scheduling availability to include weekdays and weekends with both AM and PM shifts.
- Electronically inclined to include emailing, scanning, scheduling electronically, willing to learn computer systems
