Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and existing clients, addressing their unique insurance needs and inquiries.

Bilingual Communication: Utilize language skills to effectively communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze client information, and recommend suitable insurance products that align with their requirements and budgets.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives through strategic planning and client relationship management.

Networking: Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the community to drive new business opportunities.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and product changes to ensure the best possible advice to clients.


Requirements

Property & Casualty Licensed is preferred. Must be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire. Licensing assistance available.

Bilingual: Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is highly desirable.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

Adaptability: Flexible and open to learning new processes and systems.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a non-remote team setting.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using CRM software and other technology tools.
