About the Role:
Dynamico is seeking a VIP Client Services Representative to deliver exceptional, personalized service over the phone to our most valued clients. This is a phone-based customer service role, where you’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls—assisting with account needs, resolving issues, and providing a premium customer experience.
You'll be expected to build relationships with returning clients and complete 20–25 upsells per week, using your communication skills to guide clients toward upgrades and offers that fit their needs.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from VIP clients regarding accounts, offers, and general questions
- Make outbound follow-up calls to provide updates, resolve open concerns, and maintain relationships
- Deliver white-glove service and build trust with high-value clients
- Assist with account troubleshooting, promotion eligibility, and more
- Identify and complete upsells in a consultative and client-focused way
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system
- Work with a supportive team and leadership focused on your success
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Based on weekly upsell volume
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,200/week
- Top Performers Can Earn Up to $1,500/week
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of phone-based customer service experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling VIP clientele
- Excellent phone presence and verbal communication
- Ability to upsell naturally and persuasively
- Professional, positive, and solution-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- CRM experience preferred
