What You’ll Be Doing

Spend 80% of your time in the field, meeting with construction contractors at job sites and offices

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers

Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, and referrals

Collaborate with our recruiters to match contractors with the right talent

Negotiate deals and close contracts that deliver real value

Manage and grow your own book of business
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communicator – confident, clear, and persuasive

Self-motivated and driven to hit (and exceed) your targets

Background in sales, construction, or staffing is a major plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
