Location: Lakeland, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Up to $18-19/hour

Job SummaryThe Material Handler is responsible for supporting production and shipping operations by accurately receiving, stocking, delivering, and shipping materials. This role involves operating material handling equipment and performing related tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and deliver materials as listed on production or sales orders.
- Stock production areas to maintain inventory levels.
- Verify parts and quantities accurately and complete documentation for receiving and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and other related machinery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety standards and best practices.
QualificationsRequired:
- Previous experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Experience in inventory management within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six months or more of relevant experience.
- Ability to become forklift certified.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and shipping processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Physical & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Exposure to dust, temperature changes, and loud noises.
- Routine weekday schedule with occasional overtime.
