• Review and manage expense reports, verifying details and ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Assist in general bookkeeping tasks and the organization of accounting documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Address inquiries related to payroll and expense reports, providing prompt and thorough responses.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company standards in all accounting tasks.• Proven experience with payroll processing and expense report management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
