Location:
Remote (U.S. based – must be licensed in specific states)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, national insurance provider specializing in Medicare solutions. Their mission is to make navigating healthcare easier and more affordable for seniors by delivering expert guidance and trusted coverage. With an emphasis on training, compliance, and customer retention, they provide agents with the tools needed to succeed in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to Medicare-eligible individuals
• Match clients with appropriate coverage based on needs and eligibility
• Accurately complete and submit applications
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including policy submissions and retention metrics
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines throughout all interactions
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
• Active health insurance license (must be licensed in 3+ U.S. states)
• Experience in insurance sales (Medicare experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare products and enrollment guidelines
• High-speed internet, reliable computer, headset, and quiet remote work environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet individual performance goals in a structured, metrics-driven setting
Compensation & Growth:
• Competitive hourly wage of $20/hour
• $50 application bonus per policy that goes into effect and is non-chargebackable (paid at the end of the following month)
• Tiered bonus structure based on accretion and stick rate performance
• Tier 1 Bonuses:
• Accretion Rate ≥ 85%, Stick Rate ≥ 70%
• $5 bonus per policy (accretion)
• $20 bonus per policy (stick)
• Tier 2 Bonuses:
• Accretion Rate ≥ 90%, Stick Rate ≥ 75%
• $10 bonus per policy (accretion)
• $25 bonus per policy (stick)
• Monthly performance-based payouts
