What You’ll Do🚚 Shipping & Logistics
- Scan and verify parcel contents using barcode systems
- Package items securely using approved materials
- Prepare shipping manifests and coordinate daily pickups
- Keep the stockroom organized and records up to date
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed
🤝 Customer Service Development
- Shadow the Customer Service team to learn communication best practices
- Help resolve shipping-related customer inquiries
- Document feedback and suggest improvements
- Join cross-training sessions to build service skills
What You Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse work (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into a customer-facing role

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
