Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 DOE
Languages Required: Spanish and Portuguese (Fluent in both)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Title Processor to join our in-office team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and timely closings, particularly for our investor clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in title processing, be fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential and investor-based title files from contract to close
- Prepare and review title commitments, closing documents, and settlement statements
- Work with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to gather required documentation
- Clear title issues and coordinate with underwriters and attorneys as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved in a transaction
- Maintain accurate file records in title software (Qualia or SoftPro)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in title processing
- Proficiency with title software platforms (Qualia or SoftPro preferred)
- Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in-office full time
- Notary Public (preferred, not required)
- Excellent communication and client service skills
