Job DescriptionJob Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Location: 100% on-site in Orlando Type: Contract to Hire Pay: $20/hour Shifts available: M-F 10am-7pm (1 hour lunch) M-F 11am-8pm (1 hour lunch) Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Experience a MUST Requirements Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service. Professional-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboarding. Experience working with people in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations (via phone or face-to-face), requiring problem solving, decision making, excellent judgment, and strong customer service skills; this may be gained through a combination of work experience and post-high school education, not necessarily in a traditional customer service setting. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching. Preferred Experience Experience with databases (CRM preferred), especially Salesforce CRM. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry environments. Understanding of challenges associated with patients’ medical conditions. Important Skills Comfortable working in a high call volume environment
