Compensation:
$18 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces and services that suit their needs, preferences, and occasions
- Accurately intake and process jewelry repair requests, ensuring clear communication and attention to detail
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support overall store performance
- Bring creative ideas to product displays, customer experiences, and daily problem-solving
- Stay informed about current product lines, promotions, and repair services to confidently assist customers
- Contribute to a fun, upbeat, and team-oriented work culture
Qualifications:
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- CRM experience preferred
- High School diploma
- Willingness to learn

- Handles change and a fast-paced environment well
