Job Description

The Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical and administrative duties and assists in the coordination of general office functions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with campus administrative functions
  • Assistance with answering phones
  • Assistance with events planning


Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Works well under pressure, multi-tasking, and a team player
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree from a 4 -year college or university; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Weekly hours: 8:30am-5:30pm and 11:00am-8:00pm
