Experience in the painting trades a plus, but construction experience is required. As our Field Supervisor, your Key Result Areas will be:
- Review Work Orders to Confirm Job Details with Operations Admin & Crew Leaders.
- Assign the right crews to the right jobs.
- Assist crew leaders with equipment or materials necessary for job completion.
- Work with shop manager on proper inventory needed for upcoming jobs.
- Strategizing with crew leaders on effective job.
- Enforce safety on job sites
- Assist Crew leaders in identifying additional work orders.
- Making sure crews are meeting productivity goals.
- Make Sure Customer's Are Happy with the Job Progress and Final Product.
Qualified Candidates have/can:
- Current management and leadership experience running a team
- Excellent Communication Skills and Proper Grammar/Spelling
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail
- A valid driver's license.
- Pass background check.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
