Job Title: 3PL Warehouse Administrator
Location: Weston Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Building Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced 3PL Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) environments, with a solid understanding of retail routing guides, SOPs, and retail shipping compliance requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute order fulfillment processes, ensuring on-time and compliant shipments to major retailers.
  • Navigate retail routing portals (e.g., Kohls, TJX, Amazon, etc.) for order processing, ASN creation, and shipping documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific shipping guidelines including label placement, pallet configurations, and packaging standards.
  • Maintain and follow warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts; manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies, and assist in cycle counts as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to shipments, compliance errors, and customer KPIs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a 3PL or warehouse operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of retail compliance requirements and routing portals (e.g., Retail Link, SPS Commerce, etc.).
  • Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer requirements.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Office/warehouse hybrid setting.
  • May require occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during shifts.
